You may experience an issue where you attempt to access a service such as ePay, but are prevented from accessing the service even though you have a current and valid Rowan NetID. The service may also report that you have entered the wrong username and password, even though you are certain you have entered your details correctly.
If you encounter a service to which you are being denied access that you believe you should have, please reach out to the office responsible for the service. While the Technology Support Center may be able to assist you in identifying the office, they cannot grant you access to the service. Updating the authorization requires action on the part of the application owner and in many cases they are not part of the Technology Support Center nor IRT.
